- Vicky Lay (Managing Director, Head of Impact Investing at Artesian)

After co-founding and scaling her own edtech startup, Vicky joined global venture capital and fixed income firm, Artesian, in 2015. As a Managing Director, Vicky leads Artesian's impact initiatives across cleantech and gender lens, including the firm’s new “Women Economic Empowerment Bond Fund” in partnership with the UN and her non-profit, SheSyndicate Foundation.

- Laura Sachar (Founder & Managing Partner, Starvest)

Laura Sachar is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of StarVest Partners, a New York City based technology-focused venture capital firm. She is an active angel and venture investor in female founders and is a Columbia Business School Women's Circle Leader.

- Michael Fraccaro (Global Head of Human Resources, Mastercard)

Leading human resources for Mastercard’s ~15,000 global employees across 78 countries, Michael has played a leading role in implementing policies which have led to Mastercard being rated in the top 10 most diverse companies by DiversityInc for the past six years running.

- Vanessa Ferguson (SVP – People and Experience, LiveTiles)

Vanessa joined LiveTiles as the company's first employee in 2014. Since then she has guided the company as it has become a leader in cloud-based software and AI. Vanessa leverages her background in organizational psychology and teaching to shape an inclusive culture at LiveTiles. She is the proud mother of two wonderful boys.
