About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

We are taking time to gather our ntentions, clear commitments to step away from habits or patterns we are ready to change.

In this reflective, hands-on workshop, you will build your own intention jar to support a break from something specific: substances, food habits, social media, or anything else you want to change your relationship with.

This time, we will work with specific stones and herbs that support focus, steadiness, and healthy boundaries. As we place them in our jars, we will talk about what each one means and how it can remind us to stay connected to our choice.

What To Expect:We will start by sitting in a circle and sharing what brought us here and what we are hoping to shift. Then we will move into guided journaling prompts, a short meditation, and a simple mantra practice to help you get clear on your intention and anchor it with words you can return to.

After that, Sara will walk us through each stone and herb chosen to support breaking patterns and staying grounded. We will fill our jars together, step by step, so they feel purposeful and personal.

What to Bring:

  • A pen
  • A journal or notebook
  • Any small items you would like to include in your jarThe jars are small, so please bring items that will fit comfortably.

📅 Wed⏰ 6:30 to 7:30PM💵 Sliding Scale $15 to $25

No experience needed. This is a supportive community gathering, not therapy. Come ready to pause, reflect, and create a reminder you can return to as you make changes that matter to you.

What we are about:

Rest isn’t just stillness. It’s movement, creation, and connection. True rest comes from regulating the nervous system, not just lying down. At NWA Healing Hub, we offer a space where people can experience different ways to find balance and restore their energy. Whether through movement, creativity, community, or practices like gratitude, mindfulness, and meditation, each helps bring you back to a place of calm. This is what real rest looks like, and it’s our goal to help people find the tools to regulate and recharge in ways that work for them.

Our Values:

  • Authenticity - This space works best when people are honest, not curated. Just be yourself. If our vibe doesn’t feel like a match, that’s fine. We want to attract instructors who teach in a grounded way & students who who are open to learning.
  • Collaboration - The Hub thrives because people work together. Instructors, attendees, and guests all contribute to the energy here. We’re about building something meaningful that benefits everyone.
  • Accountability - We believe in taking ownership. We don’t use spiritual or therapy language to avoid tough conversations or growth. We face things head-on and value honesty in how we show up.
  • Comfort and Accessibility - Trying something new shouldn't feel intimidating. Our classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming, especially for people just starting to explore alternative healing.

Want to have a private event?

Private events/parties at the Hub are invite only gatherings. No ticket sales, no public advertising. This helps protect the energy of the space and ensures everything hosted here aligns with the values of the community and the business.

We’ve hosted all kinds of private events: birthdays, book clubs, private yoga sessions, group reiki, sound baths, painting classes, crafting nights, and even black light dance parties. Some people bring their own crew and use the space how they like. Others reach out and ask us to help coordinate the kind of class or experience they’re looking for.

I especially love when bachelorette parties reach out. Regulating your nervous system before a major event like your wedding is such a thoughtful and grounded way to prepare. It’s a beautiful alternative to the typical high stimulation celebrations. The same goes for moms preparing for birth or anyone approaching a big life moment. If you want a private session for yourself or a small group, we’re happy to help you create something meaningful.

If you're interested in hosting / experiencing a private event, just send an email and we’ll see what’s possible. P.S. We have a full black light and body paint setup available for private parties if you want to get creative with it. Kids love this option!

Want to host an event?

I love sharing this space with instructors who align with the energy here: movement, creativity, healing, and real community.

But I’ll be direct. I set boundaries fast and firmly. It’s not personal. It’s how I manage my time and energy. If you send multiple messages asking things you could look up, I’ll cancel the interview or end the conversation. If that behavior starts after you’re approved, you won’t be invited back. If you cancel your first event, I likely won’t offer another spot. If I advertise it (which I advertise all) & you need to cancel, I will give your event description to someone else as a sub if I can instead of cancelling. While it’s your event, it’s still my business that has to handle the fallout. I offer low risk rentals, but I need instructors who follow through.

I’m not at the space daily, so I rely on you to clean up and follow the close up sheet. We clean professionally once a week, but it only works if everyone does their part.

Most importantly: I don’t deal with drama. If you start it and can’t take accountability after it happens, you won’t lead here. I only work with instructors who model accountability because that’s what I believe this community needs more of.
