Breaking Cycles, Building Bridges

Come join us in the Community Room at the DeForest Public Library for an intergenerational event focused on breaking free from negative patterns and fostering connections within our community. This in-person gathering will work on understanding and healing generational trauma, community-wide silence, and fear-based behaviors.

What do we carry from our mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers - and what are we ready to set down? In this powerful workshop, we explore inherited beliefs, unspoken wounds, and how to end cycles that no longer serve us. Let's work together to build new bridges toward healing and change. Don't miss out on this empowering event!
