Do I need a ticket, if i am not having breakfast?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every person is required to have an age appropriate ticket for entry to the event.  Anyone without a ticket, cannot be present.

Question 2

Can a child under 18 attend on his/her own, without an adult?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Question 3

Can we take pictures of our family with Santa?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can use your own cameras and take pictures while Santa interacts with the guests. There will be a scheduled time at arrival for a posed photo opportunity with Santa.

Question 4

Can my family be asked to leave the event for being disruptive to other attendees?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, yes, everyone including children must be on their best behavior during Breakfast with Santa. Should anyone find this not possible, they will be asked to depart the event, without a refund.  Santa will most likely be adding you to his naughty list as well.

Question 5

Tickets are already showing sold out, what can I do?

Accepted Answer

This year we are offering our Breakfast with Santa on both Saturday and Sunday. Beginning at 8:30am so there is plenty of time to catch the first Christmas train, or sign up for the Elves Training Camp or Mrs. Claus' Cookie Decorating.

We have someone  with special dietary needs? Who should we contact?
