About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Many people are already aware that quantum computers threaten the cryptography we rely on for digital security. We need to replace vulnerable cryptography with post-quantum alternatives, but where and how should you start this task in your own organisation?

This one-hour breakfast meeting at Simula's Oslo office will provide you with a brief introduction to the problem of migrating to post-quantum cryptography (PQC) from a practical point of view.

In more detail, you will learn about

• Which types of cryptography need replacement (and which are still safe to keep)
• How to identify and prioritise the most critical parts of your system
• Approaches to PQC migration suited to different organisation sizes and risk profiles
• A real-world case study showing what the transition can look like in practice

The meeting is part of NorPQC, an RCN-funded joint project between Simula UiB and DNV Cyber for facilitating the PQC migration in Norway.

To get a good breakfast to start your day, sign up before 9 June.
