Join us for a breakfast roundtable, Democratizing Private Assets, Kurt Winkler, First Trust

In 1996 there were ~7300 US public companies, and today that number stands at ~4300? Comparing that to the private markets where there are more than 25 million companies here in the United States. Many of those companies are choosing to stay private longer, or even forgo taking their company public altogether. Come here how First Trust is helping investors access the private markets through individual PE/PC investments, and through semi-liquid structures like interval and tender offer funds.
