Not at all. This workshop is designed for anyone who is open and ready — no prior experience needed.

You are never required to speak, or share, unless you choose to participate if a hosts asks. Participation is optional and you can stay fully private if you prefer.

Yourself :), a notebook, something to write with, and your workbook (will be sent to your email at least 24 hours before the event). That’s it.

Yes! This can is especially good if you know them. The purpose of this workshop is to clear the internal patterns that inhibit action, momentum, consistency, not just set goals. It helps whether you're clear or unsure about what you want.
