These workshops are for anyone ready to grow, reflect, and take meaningful steps forward. Whether you're rebuilding after a breakup, feeling stuck, or just want better relationships, you'll walk away with tools to support real, lasting change.

What happens in a workshop?

Each live Zoom session includes guided reflection, practical tools, and deep insight. You’ll get space to explore what’s been holding you back—and learn how to shift it. Participation is encouraged but always optional, so you can go at your own pace.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No prep needed—just bring yourself, something to write with, and a quiet space to reflect. We recommend a journal or notebook, but anything works. Come with an open mind and a willingness to look honestly at where you are and what you want.

Is this therapy?

No, this isn’t therapy. It’s an educational and experiential workshop designed to help you understand your patterns, shift your mindset, and take empowered action. It may feel therapeutic, but it is not a clinical or mental health service.

What if I’m nervous to attend?

That’s totally normal! Many people arrive unsure—and leave feeling seen, grounded, and inspired. You’re always welcome to just listen in. There’s no pressure to speak or share, and we always create a safe, respectful space for everyone.

Do I have to have my camera on?

Accepted Answer

We strongly encourage it. A big part of the breakthrough is showing up fully—present and seen. While it’s not required and we won’t remove anyone, having your camera on helps create connection and helps you get the most from the experience.

Will the workshop be recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but only audio from the facilitator is recorded. Participant voices, videos, and names are never used or shared. Your privacy is important to us, and we create a space where you can feel safe to participate openly and honestly.

Can I attend more than one workshop?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Each workshop has a different focus—like confidence, clarity, or healing past patterns. Attending multiple sessions gives you a chance to grow in several areas of life and build momentum in the changes you’re ready to make.
