The Second Class - August 16 @ 11am ET: a deep dive into the neuroscience of addictive behaviors (from substances to video games to overeating to social media—it’s all the same wiring), and the process for rewiring your brain to change those patterns.explains the practical steps to rewire your brain and make permanent changes. We’ll walk through specific examples and steps you can take, and you will be guided through exercises to begin rewiring your own brain.
You will have the option to volunteer to be guided 1:1 through the rewiring process (in front of the class), or to participate in the group guided session without being on shown screen. This is to ensure everyone is comfortable and gets what they need from the session.
The Third Class - August 23 @ 11am ET: a deep dive into the neuroscience of addictive behaviors (from substances to video games to overeating to social media—it’s all the same wiring), and the process for rewiring your brain to change those patterns. will use neurolinguistic programming (NLP) tools to identify the underlying need behind your habits and behavior patterns, and to help you meet those needs in other ways. We will also take your biggest triggers for engaging with your habit and use NLP to make them less tempting—and to help your new, more aligned habits feel like the easier choice.
The mission of this three-part series is to help you break cycles of addictive or painful habits so you can be more engaged in your life, without shame or feeling out of control. It’s planned to run from full moon to new moon to use the waning moon energy to banish bad habits.
