Break the Cycle is an empowering wellbeing workshop for girls in Years 5–6, combining education, movement, and confidence-building in one engaging session.

Led by Eva Barellon-Kendall, a Sports Psychologist and elite Beach Sprints & Coastal Rower aiming for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, the workshop helps girls understand puberty and periods while discovering how movement supports their bodies and confidence.

Through creative discussions, hands-on learning, and a special indoor rowing session led by Eva, participants will explore how physical activity can boost wellbeing and self-belief — both in and out of sport.

This 2.5–3 hour workshop offers a safe, supportive environment for girls aged 9–11 to learn, move, and feel inspired by a female athlete who’s breaking barriers in sport.

(please book tickets according to number of girls who are attending the session from your school. 1 ticket= 1 child)
