About this event

The Break-It-Booth at Art Lab Rx is more than just a typical rage room. Let go of frustrations, unhelpful thought patterns, and more, as you whip objects into the booth and experience the rush of release. You will then select beads, baubles and bling, to combine with the broken pieces to create a one-of-a-kind mosaic. The end result is a beautiful art piece that transforms a perspective, instilling hope and healing.

Come and experience a wellness workshop in a creative, calming atmosphere. There is no right or wrong way to do this and you don't need to be an artist to gain from this experience. What matters most is the journey, not the final outcome.

Do I need to be an artist?

Absolutely not! These workshops are available to everyone, for those who can't draw a straight line to the next Rembrandt.

Where do I park?

We are located in a small industrial area, so look for the red Art Lab Rx logo above the door. There's plenty of available parking.

What is your refund policy?

Refund requests for the full ticket price must be submitted online at least 24-hours before the event begins. We are unable to refund the Eventbrite fee. You may also choose to reschedule your ticket for a different date.
