Do I need prior experience?

Not at all. This workshop is beginner-friendly and open to all levels of meditation, hypnosis, and energy work.

Do I need to attend all 3 days?

Yes — each day builds on the last. The full 3-day journey is designed as one complete experience.

A yoga mat, blanket, journal, and pen. Also bring water, comfortable clothes, and anything that helps you feel grounded (like a favorite crystal).

Meals are not included, but there will be time for lunch and dinner breaks. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby.

Absolutely. Many attendees join solo and leave with deep new connections.
