About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Overthinking doesn’t just live in your head.
It spills into your decisions, your relationships, your work, and your sense of peace.

Even the most capable women can get caught in loops of what-iffing, overpreparing, and self-doubt — patterns that can lead to anxiety and burnout.

Join therapist and educator Beth Lorell, LCSW, MPH for Break Free: A Fresh Approach to Quiet Your Overthinking. This 60-minute online workshop blends evidence-based cognitive behavioral and mindfulness strategies to help you shift your thinking and feel more grounded.

You'll learn how to:

  • Interrupt overthinking before it spirals
  • Choose which thoughts deserve your attention and which do not
  • Feel more present, even when life is uncertain

If you’re tired of second-guessing, chasing perfection, or feeling stuck in your own head, and you’re ready for something different, this is for you.

This isn’t about silencing your thoughts or forcing positivity.
It’s about thinking less and living more.
