Brains in Motion: The Challenge Course
Brains in Motion is a high-energy, play-based workshop designed to help children ages 5-9 strengthen focus, flexibility, memory, and self-regulation through fun, movement-driven challenges.
Kids move, think, adapt, and problem-solve through engaging games that activate both the body and the brain - helping them practice essential executive functioning skills without it ever feeling like work.
The workshop is led by Madison Friedman, Founder and Child Development Specialist at Elevated Minds Growth Center, and takes place in a small, supportive group setting.
Enrollment is limited to 10 children to ensure a high-quality experience.
