About Brain Health Matters! Lecture Series:

This lecture series is designed to improve community awareness about brain health and an individual’s ability to take action to optimize daily brain performance, to increase the adoption of brain health-protective factors and to reduce the risk of brain illness across the lifespan.

Each month, through June of 2020, a new brain health factor will be featured in the Brain Health Matters! Lecture Series. These modifiable risk and protective factors are possible mechanisms for optimizing daily performance across the lifespan and reducing the risk of future impaired brain health and cognitive decline.
