About this event
Description of our Bradley® Classes:
We are Karen and Jeff. Couples from around the country take our live, interactive Bradley® childbirth classes on Zoom. Our ten-week Bradley Method® classes prepare couples for their birth and newborn experience. Our interactive classes include information about childbirth, postpartum, and raising babies. Karen gave birth to all nine of our children using the Bradley Method® techniques that we teach.
We help you understand what you may be faced with in the hospital or other birthing places and what you can say and do in response (and in preparation). If your goal is to have a natural birth unmedicated, or even if it is just to have the best experience you can with your birth, taking this class so much more helpful than any hospital or day long class.
Our classes help couples get on the same page to prepare for their birth and realize what they need to do for the birth experience. Jeff speaks to the partners from his wealth of coaching and parenting experience. Karen and Jeff have been teaching Bradley® classes together for over 25 years.
Turning on a zoom class is an easy, achievable thing your husband can do with you leading up to birth. He will feel so much more prepared for the unknowns of birth and postpartum, instead of just the moms! The games, breakout rooms, and opportunities to ask questions makes it seem like the classes are in person. They are just so much more convenient. If something comes up in your schedule and you can’t make the live class, you can watch the recording before it is deleted at the end of the series.
Couples who have taken are classes report they are very pleased with the amount of time that they invested because they are so prepared for their birth. The amount of time in the classes is much less than most couples spend preparing for their wedding. The birth of your baby is also a major life event for which you want to be prepared.
If you want to learn how to design your own unique birth plan, learn birth advocacy skills, and learn how to avoid interventions sign up for our Bradley® class today.
