This backwards skating workshop is aimed at those who are new to backwards skating or have never tried and would like some coaching and tips to get started.

We will be covering the basics of:

• Different techniques

• Balance

• Transitions and

• Control

Giving you the tools to help build your confidence as a skater.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself, your skates, any protective gear you wear and a bottle of water.

Can I park locally?

Yes there is free parking around Burgess Park, but you may need to drive around the park to find one

Are children under 16yrs old allowed?

Age limit is 15+ years of age

What happens if it rains?

In the event of rain, we will reschedule for another day for ticket holders.

Do skaters skate at their own risk?

ALL SKATERS SKATE AT THEIR OWN RISK
