Join the BPMA on Thursday, 11/13 for an engaging and interactive workshop, hosted by Melissa Appel, author of "Aligned: Stakeholder Management for Product Leaders", where you'll put your stakeholder management skills to the test!

In Aligned: A Stakeholder Management Card Game, you'll work in teams to align on a solution to a challenging scenario—but there’s a twist. Each team member will receive a character card with a public persona and a hidden agenda. Can you navigate competing priorities, uncover hidden motivations, and bring your team to a successful resolution? Join us to find out!
