Are you concerned with the quality of nutrition at your child's school?

The quality of school meals is in every parent’s mind. But how well do we understand the USDA guidelines, and what can we do to help make nutrition at school better?

Join us and our expert Francoise Debost and learn about:

• What exactly are the guidelines for school meals and food sold at (or brought to) school?
• Why are these guidelines here in the first place?
• How important is exercise?
• What can parents do to help, at school or at home?

This BPA Meet and Learn is given by Francoise Debost, Master in Nutrition Science, Registered Dietitian, Director of student nutrition services at the San Bruno Park school district and Barron Park resident.

Catherine Hendricks is hosting this event organized by the Barron Park Association. Attendance is free but this event is limited to 15 attendees.
