BOX & MOVE
Overview
In collaboration with our friends at Isa Pa, we’re hosting a hybrid session bringing you a mix of boxing and strength training for a full body experience.
Eunice Fernandez (Isa Pa) will kick us off with a breakdown of boxing basics(stance, footwork, jabs, crosses, hooks, defense) guiding us through movements to build confidence and coordination in the steps. Afterwards, As You Are. will move us through mobility flows, and controlled strength patterns to improve balance, stability, and overall movement quality.
