Am I required to purchase anything at the boutiques?

Accepted Answer

No. Guests will browse through boutique partners that will offer alcoholic sparkling wine or NA sparkling juice or water.  At owners' discretion, guests may receive special offers. Time permitting, guests can browse other boutiques along the route. Purchases DO help support local small businesses.

Is this outside?

Yes, this is a guided walking tour, so dress comfortably with good shoes. Walk is at a comfortable pace but each guest must decide if they are physically able to walk the route. Route is typically on city sidewalks and guests are expected to obey all traffic/pedestrian laws.

Is food included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are two stops at local casual eateries along the route , each about 30 minutes. Food is pre-selected by the venue, and not offered from the menu. Dietary restrictions and allergies can be considered. Water is included w/ food; any beverages can be purchased separately.

What are the other expenses to be considered?

Parking in a city parking garage, purchases at the boutiques, beverages at the eateries and along the route, and gratuity for the tour guide.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Tour may be cancelled by Sunset Food Tours if the minimum number of guests is not met (need 3 total), if the weather is extreme (dangerous thunderstorms/tropical storms/heat advisory). Guests can cancel up to 24 hours in advance w/o penalty for unforeseen circumstances such as  illness).
