You’re invited to Bouquets and Bites, a Día de los Muertos inspired floral design workshop with Petals to the Metal Florist at El Viejo Central American Kitchen!

This hands-on experience begins with one hour of guided floral design, covering the basics of structure and style. You’ll receive a vase, floral cutters for onsite use, and a hand-picked recipe of seasonal flowers in vibrant tones inspired by the marigolds and blooms traditionally used to honor loved ones.

Then, it's your turn! Build your bouquet your way, with guidance available as you go. As you design, savor some sweets, homemade refrescos or coffee by El Viejo. Together, we’ll celebrate the beauty of tradition as observed in Mexico’s Día de los Muertos and Central America’s Día de los Difuntos, honoring our loved ones, culture, and community through flowers and food. 🌼✨
