Explore the intersection of boundaries, consent, and embodiment.
This trauma-informed workshop blends teaching, meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement to support a deeper understanding of boundaries—not just as a concept, but as a felt experience in the body.
Together, we’ll explore:
- The distinction between boundary and domain
- The shadow and virtues of consent
- How power, choice, and embodiment intersect
- Practices for integrating these teachings through stillness, self-inquiry, and movement
Expect a mix of breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and self-reflection. No yoga experience is required—this is a space for practice, not performance.
These teachings are informed by Alicia’s studies with sexual healer, River Roaring, as well as her training in yoga therapy, nervous system regulation, and the Wheel of Consent. Alicia has assisted River in The Weekend Workshop 5x since July 2024.
Who this is for:
This workshop is open to all identities, bodies, and experience levels. The space is LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in consent practices.
What to bring:
A journal, a yoga mat or blanket, and anything else you need to feel supported in stillness and movement.
