Wear clothes you feel comfortable in! We'll do light movement at the start of each circle to get into our bodies, and spend most of our time seated.

Please bring a yoga mat, your journal and a pen, and something for the altar space if you chose.

You can park in Lucky's Market parking lot and you'll see Awaken on the second level.
