This is my first women's circle and I'm feeling nervous

It's normal to feel nervous when trying something new, and I can assure you that you won't be the only one showing up with a bit of nerves. Sometimes it can feel vulnerable to show up even if you're a regular! Feel free to reach out to me at info@paigetornow.com if you need additional support.

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is a journal / pen and yourself! We'll have cushions + seating for you

How many people typically attend?

On average, we expect around 8-10 people in the circle.

Will I be the only new person there? Will everyone already know each other?

Typically, the group is made up of 1/2 newcomers and 1/2 returners. Chances are, you're not going to be the only new person, but if you've attended before, you'll probably get to see a familiar face.

Is there a bathroom there?

Yes! There is a bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink for water if you get thirsty.
