Join Trina of The Hood Garden for an interactive, hands-on hot sauce making workshop. You’ll discover how to transform homegrown peppers into bold, flavorful sauces that balance heat, tang, and depth.
During this workshop, we’ll walk through the entire process; from preparing ingredients and cooking down your base to blending, adjusting pH, and safely bottling your finished sauce. You’ll take home a bottle of your own handcrafted hot sauce and the confidence to make more at home.
Along the way, enjoy guided tastings of Trina’s favorite pepper-based treats and value-added products made from her urban micro farm , each one showcasing how versatile (and delicious!) peppers can be.
Whether you’re a spice lover, gardener, or DIY foodie, this fiery experience will leave you inspired to grow, cook, and create more flavor from the ground up.
