The American Society of Interior Designers - New England Chapter and the International Furnishings and Design Association would like to invite you to exhibit at Boston Design Week’s Kick-Off Event, Design Superiore! ASID and IFDA have partnered with NE Home to create a unique event that celebrates the start of Boston Design Week with a spotlight on Italian Design. Honorary Guests Arnaldo Minuti, the Consul General of Italy in Boston, and Tony Fusco, the Producer of Boston Design Week, will speak on behalf of Boston's widespread design community to highlight contributions made by Italian designers.

A limited number of exhibit tables and sponsorship opportunities are available, with options as follows:

Exhibitor Table (4’ – 6’) or Furniture Vignette - $500
Exhibitor Pedestal, Easel or Small Table (2’ round max) - $250
Exhibitor with Digital Representation only - $150

Details: Exhibitors will be responsible for providing your own pedestals, easels, and physical signage. All exhibitors will be invited to submit a high-resolution logo and up to one product image to be included in a digital slideshow featured at the event entrance. Exhibitors with a physical presence may staff up to two representatives at their display in the Exhibit Hall, whose names must be provided in accordance with the registration policy.

Set-Up & Strike: Exhibitors may deliver product on Monday, April 22nd to store for the event. Set up is permitted beginning Tuesday, April 23rd after 2:00 PM. We recommend arriving between 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM, as the loading dock on Summer Street closes at 4:00 PM. Exhibitors must staff their own set-up and break-down, including movement of any/all product. All product must be removed by 8:00 AM, Wednesday, April 24th.
