A blend of mobility, agility, strength training, and cardio.

A blend of mobility, agility, strength training, and cardio: this class will give you the building blocks to crush a future Spartan Race or increase your strength, cardiac output, and body awareness using on-hand tools in your home and/or pull-up bars at the park. Animal flow meets creative strength training with cardio bursts in-between activities. All levels welcome. Equipment needed: Low Stool, Dumbbells (or a heavy book), Optional Pull-Up Bar. Open to all levels and interests.
