Boot Camp for New Moms is a 3 hour workshop facilitated by knowledgeable Merced County Human Services Agency All Moms Matter Staff. Moms get to share their experiences of pre and/or post pregnancy and get the opportunity to speak openly about their own experience in becoming a mom.
Participants will learn about current child rearing practices and recommendations in the areas of:
- Breastfeeding/Formula Feeding
- Car Seat Safety
- Perinatal Mood Disorders
- Diaper Changing
- Emotional Health and Self-Care
***At the end of the workshop, Mom will receive a diaper bag with baby supplies valuing over $100!
