Boot Camp for New Dads, In-Person
By PVHMC
Overview
At Boot Camp for New Dads, veterans (new dads who bring their babies along) orient rookies (dads-to-be) on the realities of parenthood.
Boot Camp for New Dads (also known as Daddy Boot Camp) is a men-only workshop designed to help expectant fathers prepare for and feel confident in their new roles as fathers. It's a hands-on, supportive environment where dads-to-be learn practical skills and get real-life advice from experienced fathers. The program emphasizes father-to-father support, providing a community-based experience that helps men navigate the transition into fatherhood.
We will discuss issues such as:
- Changes in new mom
- Handling a newborn
