Why you’ll want to be there: Lisa Spencer serves as Chief Meteorologist at WSMV4 in Nashville and has built a 24-year career forecasting weather across the region. She’s also the author of the children’s book How Do Meteorologists Predict the Future?, which dives into how meteorologists work and how weather forecasting is done. The Spine Bookshop, Smyrna, TN
