I have been helping people get fit since 2005! I am certified via The National Exercise and Sports Association. I have worked in big, corporation-run gyms, like L.A. Fitness, but I prefer to work with freelance my clients, either one-on-one or in an informal group setting. I am fun and high energy. I will constantly tie in the reasons behind paticular exercises and be 100% verbally supportive of the efforts made by all of you who show up to work. I try to make all my workouts fun and enjoyable!
