About this event

The ancient English King Lear wants to retire and divide his kingdom among his three daughters. Unfortunately, King Lear isn't used to being dependent on his now sovereign children. Doubly unfortunately, he has now divided the nation into warring factions.

Alongside Hamlet, King Lear is considered one of Shakespeare's greatest tragedies, a raw, unflinching look at human despair.
