Love Island’s Jeremiah Brown Halloween Party!

To secure a section reservation for this event, please review and agree to the following terms:

1. Deposit Requirement:
2. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your section. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed.
3. Final Payment:
4. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.
5. Minimum Spend:
6. The section minimum applies only to the cost of bottles or beverages purchased and does not include:
7. • 20% gratuity
   • 4% credit card processing fee
   • 2% venue fee
8. These additional charges will be applied to the final bill at checkout.
9. Refunds & Cancellations:
10. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be returned or credited toward future events.
11. Reservation Policy:
12. Sections are held strictly for the time of your confirmed reservation. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes without notice may result in forfeiture of your section.
