Boo on the Bluff is Bluff Lake's annual Halloween celebration that is all-outdoors and family-friendly. Put on your costume and join us for a scavenger hunt hike, crafts, games, and partner organization activities with CSU SPUR, Denver Botanic Gardens, Commerce City Youth Council, and more! This year we are combining all the Boo fun into one day with more partners, staff run activities around the site, and a take-home coloring book that acts as a guide to the scavenger hunt.
Families can expect the scavenger hunt hike to be appropriate for all ages with options to make it easier or harder. Completing the full scavenger hunt usually takes families about an hour, though you are welcome to stay as long as you like. Along your adventure you will run into Bluff Lake staff running games and crafts. Upon completing as much of the scavenger hunt as your family wants you can return to the start to collect your candy prize (nut free option available) and visit our partner organization's tables for more activities and treats.
