Join us for BOMA Spokane’s August Luncheon as we welcome Brad Barnett, the newly appointed President of the Spokane Business Association, for a keynote address on the evolving landscape of business and development in our region.
Brad brings a wealth of leadership experience to Spokane, with a proven track record of driving economic growth, fostering public-private partnerships, and executing large-scale community initiatives. Prior to joining the SBA in March 2025, Brad served as President & CEO of the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce near San Antonio, where he led the development of a new strategic plan and organized the Chamber’s first legislative trip to Austin in over a decade.
Before that, Brad served as Executive Vice President of Tourism and Facilities for the Midland, Texas Chamber of Commerce, where he oversaw the funding, design, and construction of the $42.8 million Bush Convention Center - a cornerstone project for Midland’s downtown revitalization, completed on time and under budget.
With a deep appreciation for collaboration and community-building, Brad brings fresh perspective, ambitious vision, and a passion for Spokane’s continued growth.
