It’s a fun, uplifting 30-minute virtual session designed to help you pause, recharge, and refill your cup. Each Reset has a different focus — from skin to body to home — but they’re all about giving you quick, practical wins for healthier, happier living.

Do I need workout clothes or equipment?

Nope. This Reset is about self-care for your body (hydration, toning, smoothing) — not exercise.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nope.  Just bring yourself! If you’d like, keep a notepad handy to jot down tips, and maybe a glass of water or tea so you can fully relax.
