Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring to the event?

When you arrive at the event we will provide all the glow accessories. All you will need to bring is a yoga mat and if you would like a water bottle. Also, don't forget your best friends!!!

Where can I park?

PINE is located in PASS 41 - There is a parking lot in PASS 41 with 150 spots and the Sugar Creek parking garage is next store with 600+ spots. Both FREE parking

What if I have never done yoga before?

This class can be modified for all levels! You are encouraged to listen to your body, the instructor is leading you thought the class, but we encourage you to take breaks and modify as you need to.
