BOARD GOVERNANCE ESSENTIALS -March 19 & 26, 2026 - Thursdays 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of nonprofit board members.
Designed for current and prospective board members as well as nonprofit staff, the course explores key topics including board structure, founding documents, board-staff relationships, policies and procedures, effective meetings, and succession planning.
Through eight focused units, participants will gain practical tools to strengthen governance and ensure organizational sustainability.
