BMC®- Based Hi-Intensity Dance Exercise (Body-Mind Centering®) MWF 9:30am - 10:30 am EDT taught by Sara K. Vogeler, BMC, RSMT, LMT, MFLCI, AOMT, ACE-PT, Founder and Director, The NeuroMuscular Center, Inc., Certified Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, author of The 10 Best Ways to SUPERCHARGE your Health!, and speaker. She offers online classes in Body-Mind Centering®, Living Anatomy®, and on Mastermind.com.

Based on Body-Mind Centering®, this class begins with a lymphatic warm-up using an essential oil to stimulate the olfactory nerve and provide a central axis through the spinal column for the workout. Elements include balancing, lunging, weight lifting, cardio, isolations, kettle bell swings, sliding on paper plates while stretching bands overhead, and short blood flow restriction, all to great music!

BIO

Sara was a professional modern dancer who became a certified teacher of Body-Mind Centering® in 1983 after earning a degree in Dance Therapy from NYU, then studied pre-med, became a certified personal trainer, a NYS-licensed massage therapist, an ISMETA-Registered Somatic Movement Therapist. She became a Moving for Life: Dance Exercise for Health® Certified Teacher.

She founded The NeuroMuscular Center, Inc. 30 years ago in NYC for people with injuries and disabilities needing massage, realignment, corrective exercise, and nutrition based on keto and intermittent fasting.
