This new 5-hour workshop is designed for small business owners, nonprofits, and creative professionals who have completed previous training in this program or others, and are seeking guidance for bringing all the tools and information together to figure out your best next steps. In this interactive session, you'll learn how to evaluate what stage your business is in, get proven strategies for all stages of growth, learn how to build a strong network and team (whether you're ready to hire or not), and figure out which tools and local resources are the best fit for you and your vision, right now. Through hands-on activities and group discussion, you'll develop a clear, actionable plan for best next steps and get a good grasp of the way forward for your business. This workshop is eligible for the City of Austin Business Skills Certificate Program

Participants will also get a free toolkit – a collection of templates, forms, worksheets, software and other helpful resources to help make good use of the information shared in class.

This class is best for live, in-person particiaption at the city's Small Business Training Room for networking and interaction with the instructor and others in the class. We have included the option for a Virtual Accommodation for those unable to attend in person.

Earn A Business Skills Certificate
This workshop is eligible for the City of Austin Business Skills Certificate program. Participants who complete six eligible courses in the program are recognized in a public awards ceremony with other local business and community leaders.
