About Blueprint Midtown 3.0

Blueprint Midtown is a community-designed master plan developed in 1997 to guide Midtown’s growth and development. This master plan has been wildly successful, attracting more than $4.5B of new investment since 2000. This success has created new opportunities for the District.

Midtown Alliance is now updating the original plan. Blueprint Midtown 3.0 will be a consolidation of the guiding principles of Blueprint Midtown with updated corridor and overlay plans. This effort also aims to raise the bar even further to achieve our collective goals of offering a district that has an exceptional urban experience.

Big ideas have already emerged out of our planning process, some of which include building a new 15th Street bridge, significant investments in public art and a new MARTA station on the northernmost end of Midtown.
