The Mindful Movement moai is a FREE10-week series led by Andrew from Zhu Strength designed to help you reconnect with your body and release built-up stress. Mindful Movement moai isn’t just about exercise - it’s about connecting with others in a supportive, welcoming space.
In each session, you’ll explore:
