Overview

A 10-week journey of moving meditation that harmonizes breath, intention, and gentle movement to awaken the body’s innate energy, or "Qi."

Join us for a nourishing journey through the ancient practice of Qigong, a moving meditation that harmonizes breath, intention, and gentle movement to awaken the body’s innate energy—known as Qi.

In this class, we’ll explore the Five Elements of the Taoist Medicine—Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth—each corresponding to organ systems, emotional states, and natural rhythms. Through flowing movements and subtle breathwork, you’ll learn how to balance these elements within your body, release stagnation, and cultivate greater vitality, emotional resilience, and inner harmony.

This class is accessible to all levels and offers a beautiful way to ground, center, and reconnect with the wisdom of nature within.
