Led by the experienced and empowering Alicia Vosberg, this class will focus on building core strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall stability.

Meet Your Instructor:
Alicia Vosberg is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with a focus on trauma-informed yoga, prenatal/postnatal yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She is also a doula, herbalist, and Ayurveda practitioner, bringing a holistic approach to her teachings. Alicia creates a safe and supportive space for students to connect with their bodies, minds, and hearts.
