What time does the event begin?

Accepted Answer

The event's start time will depend on your time zone.  5:00 PM Pacific Time Zone - 6:00 PM Mountain Time Zone - 7 PM Central Time Zone - 8 PM Eastern Time Zone.  It's best to log-in a few minutes early just in case of any tech issues.

What do I need to have on hand?

It's important to be in a place where you feel safe.  Have anything that helps you to feel comfortable such as a blanket, pillow, etc.  Essential oils, crystals, a stuffed animal, or a trinket that you find soothing.  Journaling during or after can be powerful.

Is Breathwork Safe for me?

Accepted Answer

Breathwork is a powerful tool that involves conscious control of your breathing to influence your mental, emotional, and physical states. For most people, yes! Certain medical or psychiatric conditions may require caution and Dr approval. See the next question for a list of these conditions.

Conditions that need a doctor's approval before practicing breathwork

Accepted Answer

Consult your doctor before breathwork if you have: heart/lung conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, recent surgery/injury, pregnancy, severe mental health conditions (e.g., uncontrolled bipolar/schizophrenia/PTSD), or are on heavy medication.
