Bloom and Balance Workshop

Picture this: good company, good vibes, and stunning farm scenery! We're inviting you to a morning of well-being where we'll connect with ourselves and each other. We'll start by creating a warm and open space to chat about anxiety and depression, letting go of any stigma. Then, get ready to breathe and move with a rejuvenating yoga session on the breathtaking grassy hilltop at East View Farm, these views are seriously good for the soul! Should raindrops appear, we'll find cozy shelter inside the cozy barn. Please bring your yoga mat, sunscreen, and dress comfortably to enjoy the day.

Just a little extra treat for you! Complimentary coffee and tea will be available at the lovely café at The Haven at East View Farm. And for those who want a little something more, Yvonne Souto will be serving up her incredible farm-to-table delights. P.S. This place is famous for something called the "Gavin" breakfast sandwich... trust us, it's a thing! 😉

Frequently asked questions

What time does the event start and end?

The official workshop time is 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM, though many find themselves drawn to the beautiful scenery and delicious cafe, making it easy to extend your stay and connect further.

Do I need to have prior yoga experience to participate?

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or haven't touched a mat, you're welcome here! This session is designed with everyone in mind, including those who are completely new to yoga.

What if the weather is bad? Will the event be canceled?

We're aiming for that breathtaking hilltop yoga experience! But don't let a little rain deter you, the cozy barn is ready to be our equally lovely sanctuary if Mother Nature has other plans. The event will go on!

Restrooms are conveniently located on the premises for your comfort.

Is there anything else I should bring besides a yoga mat and sunscreen?

Bring your amazing energy and an open heart ready for connection and calm! We're excited to spend the day in the fresh air, so please dress in comfy layers
