Are you open to beginners?

YES 100%. As a community group, your musical experience (or potential lack there-of) is not important to us.

The classes aren't designed for children specifically, so if you feel your child will be able to spend quite a long time learning with a group a mixed aged adults - or are happy chilling out whilst the class is on. Then thats totally cool. We've got aspirations to set up kid classes in the future.

This is the second of our signature open days of 2025. Where you can come and experience our community music project and hopefully find your new hobby and community!
Over 2hrs you'll be given expert tuition from our artistic director Jordan Ferguson. This will be covering many of the basics as well as teaching a few rhythms that we will put together with our musician team to a few songs by the end of the session. Don't believe us? come give it a try!

Feel free to arrive at the venue between 10:45 and 11:00 to get settled and so we can start at 11am.
