Stress Relief through Hypnosis: Your Path to Relaxation

We start on time. Please ensure you're in a quiet and comfortable, private space with your Zoom camera turned on. For the best experience, your camera should capture you from the chest up, as I'll need to monitor your breathing. During the session, I'll guide you into a deep state of relaxation through hypnosis. You'll remain in full control and awareness throughout the process. I'll also take the time to answer any questions you may have and explain how hypnosis works to reduce stress and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. By the end of the session, you can expect to emerge deeply relaxed and with a sense of well-being. Please invite or share with anyone else you feel would benefit from this experience.
