Do you have to wear the blindfold?

No the blindfold is not mandatory. However we do ask that you keep your eyes closed for the entire dance portion to honor the privacy of other participants. The Blindfold is used as a tool to help reduce distractions and support with turning our attention inward during the experience.

Can i come if i am unable to stand?

Absolutely! We have chairs so you may still participate via chair dancing and still feel the benefits of the experience.

Will we be bumping into each other?

No you will be assigned a circular yoga mat we lovingly call a “portal pad” to ensure each participant stays within their own designated area.

What if i have a noise sensitivity?

If you are sensitive to loud noises, we suggest bringing some headphones or using some of the ear plugs we have on site.

What other items do you use during the experience?

We burn a small variety of incenses as well as some other small hand held instruments during the experience.

Step into a sacred space where sight is surrendered and the body becomes free. With the guidance of music, somatic breathwork, and movement, this class invites you to release stress, connect deeply with yourself, and awaken your senses through a blindfolded free form of dance. We will end class with a 15 min sound bath for grounding.
